I actually went to school for journalism, i was so excited about the idea of being a journalist i completely forgot about my crippling stage fright until, well ... I had to be on camera as a journalist. That didn’t last long, I ended up taking on more marketing and behind-the-camera roles and realized that I just loved creating.

Everything I did was content because I loved telling stories, creating visuals, and I found peace in editing it all together. Some people listen to white noise and pour a glass of wine to relax, i edit videos... with a glass of wine and white noise.

What I love about social media is that you're essentially your own journalist for your own news channel.

You can tell your story the way it’s meant to be told, direct your own show, and have control over every aspect of your messaging, creativity, and narrative, and I think that’s really beautiful.

I’ve been indirectly and directly in this industry for almost a decade now, I fell into it before it really was what it is today and I can say every day is a different journey. It challenges you, it excites you, it exhausts you, but at the end of the day having the opportunity to bring life to businesses, creatively tell their story, and watch their brand continuously grow through their social lens, is something I wouldn’t trade for the world.
