For The Gates South Beach Miami, we created a collection of visuals that bring the energy and atmosphere of this destination to life. From curated videos to scroll-stopping reels and stunning imagery, every piece was designed to showcase the hotel’s unique style and vibrant setting.

The Painpoint.

The Gates Hotel South Beach had a stagnant social presence—a feed filled with static images of hotel features but lacking engaging lifestyle content. They needed dynamic visuals that captured the fun, vibrant, and community-focused energy of their property, all while staying within budget without sacrificing quality.

Our Solution.

We developed a lifestyle-driven content strategy, delivering high-quality video and static content that showcased the hotel experience beyond just the amenities—from great food to hospitality to vibrant guest interactions. Not only did we meet their content needs, but we also over-delivered by providing extra visuals and unedited assets they could use for future marketing efforts, ensuring maximum value for their investment.

Highlights.

Shmata has become widely known in the Toronto thrifting community, on top of the rapid social media growth we were able to achieve for them. We also created a highly loyal community of buyers who would frequently share their experience at Shmata stores by sharing organic TikTok videos, Instagram reels and tagging Shmata in their static posts. We were able to create 3 TikTok videos over 1 million views, and over 10 videos that reached over 250,000 views on Instagram reels and TikTok. Because of the viral videos, Shmata received 4 organic publications for major Toronto news outlets such as Narcity, Blogto, Urbatoronto, and The Downsview Advocate. Each of those combined have gained over 1.6 million views.
